At ELSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original tags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
